These Terms govern your use of opengraphdesigner. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
opengraphdesigner is a visual design tool for creating Open Graph images. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to opengraphdesigner.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for your account, credentials, and activity.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the service and contact us.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (for example: images, text, designs, and project files). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the service (for example: saving projects, exporting images, serving CDN URLs, and rendering via API).
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use your content and that it doesn’t violate law or third‑party rights (including IP, privacy, and publicity rights).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Violating laws or regulations.
- Infringing intellectual property or other rights.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
- Uploading malware or harmful code.
- Using the service to generate or host unlawful content.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
The service may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and plans renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable uptime, but the service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable from time to time.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service, other users, or third parties.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
